Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn items under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal-use nature of our bonnets:
• Worn items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
• Custom colours are non-returnable
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons.
If you would like a different product, please return the unworn item once approved and place a separate order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
